You can have eggless pancakes if you are vegetarian and don’t like eggs. It will be a good option for you and your child if he demands to go out and eat out. this dish is mostly liked by all kids in breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:-

⦁ 2 cup maida / plain flour / refined flour
⦁ 2 tbsp sugar
⦁ 1 tbsp baking powder
⦁ ½ tsp baking soda
⦁ pinch of salt
⦁ 2 tbsp butter (melted)
⦁ 1½ cup milk
⦁ butter for serving
⦁ honey for serving

Pancakes without Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:-

1.Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups maida. you can alternatively use wheat flour/atta for a healthy option.
2.Also add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
3.Mix well combining all the dry ingredients well.
4.Further add 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 cup milk and combine well with the whisk.
5.Additionally, add ½ cup more milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter.
6.Heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter.   Do not spread.
7.Simmer and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.
8.Flip over the pancakes and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
9.Finally, serve eggless pancake with some butter and honey or maple syrup on top.

keynotes:

1.Firstly, to make pancake softer, use buttermilk in place of milk.
2.Also, add the banana puree to make an eggless banana pancake recipe.
3.Additionally, use a non-stick pan to make pancakes, else it will be difficult to flip over.
4.Finally, eggless pancake tastes great when served warm so cover with a foil once prepared.
